On October 23rd and 24th, ADRAL received an Albanian delegation (Technical Assistance for Union Programs in Albania), in coordination with the National Agency for Research and Scientific Innovation. General presentation of Horizon 2020 has been made, with a specific focus on a success story: the S-PARCS project!
